About Me

I have been teaching yoga for 7 years, children’s yoga for 5, and I have always loved my kids classes. I have learned many different ways to deal with stress throughout my years, but yoga and meditation have been two things I wish I knew when I was younger. This is where Camp Yogi came into mind!

Here at Camp Yogi we aim to teach children how to find calm, be confident in their bodies, and have fun! We want children from around the country to meet new people and make new friends, which can be done by doing it virtually.

For my parents and guardians out there- this is a one hour class for just your child. It gives you ONE WHOLE HOUR to yourself to do whatever you need! :)

Mission Statement: To provide a space that promotes children to be confident in themselves though yoga and mindfulness practices. I want the generation will feel empowered mentally, physically, and emotionally to successfully manage any challenges that come their way.
